Hey Lefse Fans! I just read in the Starbuck Times that the Post Cards program on Pioneer Public TV will feature Lefse Dagen on Sunday, January 29th at 7 p.m. The feature will focus on the record breaking lefse (size) made here in Starbuck. Lefse Dagen is celebrated every year here in May. We also celebrate Heritage Days close to the 4th of July. There’s always plenty of lefse, rommegrot, and a variety of Scandinavian goodies.
